Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Manage inventory control systems with precision accuracy
- Coordinate efficient loading/unloading of shipments
- Maintain clean and organized workspace per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Implement quality assurance protocols for all operations
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/fulfillment experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems
- Valid California driver's license
