Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize order picking and packing processes to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean, organized, and secure warehouse areas at all times
- Collaborate with team leads to improve operational efficiency
- Participate in regular safety training and emergency drills
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
