Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage, accuracy, and quality control.
- Package and label orders for distribution with high precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting procedures.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of employment.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
