Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy to meet client deadlines
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement lean inventory practices
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience with proven productivity metrics
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management
- Proficiency in using warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Preferred: Experience with cross-docking or high-volume operations
