Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision and safety
- Manage inventory systems with RF scanners and digital tools
- Coordinate shipping/receiving processes to meet tight deadlines
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and OSHA compliance standards
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Optimize workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/forklift experience (certification preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid California driver's license
- Background check and drug test required
- Spanish bilingual a plus
