Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision and safety compliance
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems for accurate stock tracking
- Optimize order fulfillment processes to meet 99.5% accuracy standards
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces following 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support shipping/receiving operations
- Implement lean practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with forklift certification
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license required
