Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Accurately manage inventory using RF scanning technology and WMS systems
- Prioritize and execute order fulfillment with 99.5% accuracy targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to 5S methodology
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams for dock operations and shipping/receiving
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience with forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends with shift differential pay
