Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts with precision and safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in WMS systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and enforce 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Train on advanced warehouse technologies and safety procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with warehouse management software (WMS)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
