Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and lean methodologies
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Implement safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse experience with leadership/supervisory role
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied temperatures
- Valid Nevada driver's license and clean driving record
