Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship high-value inventory using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with equipment certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Valid Oregon driver's license preferred
