Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-end customer service with product expertise and styling recommendations
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and building lasting client relationships
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining premium visual merchandising standards
- Operate POS systems and manage inventory with precision
- Collaborate with visual teams to maintain store presentation excellence

Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury retail or high-end customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising acumen
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Previous POS system experience preferred
- Passion for fashion and client relationship building
