Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with provided equipment (headsets, tablets, POS systems)
- Process transactions using company-provided technology
- Operate provided inventory management systems
- Maintain visual merchandising standards with supplied tools
- Utilize provided cleaning equipment for store upkeep
- Operate provided forklifts and stockroom equipment (training provided)
- Collaborate with team using provided communication devices
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Comfortable with technology-based retail systems
- Ability to use provided equipment (headsets, tablets, POS)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to downtown San Francisco
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Ability to lift 25lbs with provided lifting equipment
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
