Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring displays are eye-catching and organized to drive sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling cash and credit payments with precision.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are well-presented and in pristine condition.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Uphold company policies and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory for high performers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
