Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain high-volume transactional data using proprietary systems
- Perform daily reconciliation of financial records with 99.9% accuracy threshold
- Process confidential client information with HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
- Generate and analyze weekly performance reports for departmental review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Implement data validation protocols to ensure audit-ready records
- Train on new software systems quarterly to maintain technical proficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry (10,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)

- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
