Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and review data into company databases and software systems.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming information and correct any errors immediately.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
- Generate and format regular reports to assist management with decision-making.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on completed work.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the data center.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or similar).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
