- Assist in the professional setup and breakdown of event venues, ensuring all equipment is operational and aesthetically pleasing.
- Greet attendees and guests with a welcoming demeanor, providing exceptional customer service throughout the event.
- Manage crowd control areas and direct traffic flow to ensure safety and order.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to execute specific tasks, including registration, ushering, and hospitality duties.
- Maintain a high standard of appearance and professionalism at all times.
- Perform light maintenance duties, such as restocking supplies and cleaning work areas.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or event staffing is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be 18 years or older.
