Responsibilities
- Set-Up & Breakdown: Assist in the efficient preparation and closing of event venues, including furniture arrangement and decoration.
- Guest Engagement: Greet attendees with a smile, manage entry points, and provide directions or information to ensure a seamless experience.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the image and standards of our client brands while interacting with the public.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with venue management and other staff to ensure event logistics run smoothly.
- Problem Solving: Address minor guest inquiries and incidents professionally and immediately.
