Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest assistance at assigned venues
- Manage guest flow, ticket scanning, and venue access control
- Execute event setup/breakdown according to venue protocols
- Monitor crowd safety and respond to emergency situations
- Coordinate with vendors and event management teams
- Maintain pristine venue appearance and cleanliness standards
- Assist with VIP guest services and premium seating areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event or hospitality experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Experience with crowd management preferred
