Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems with precision
- Conduct quality checks on incoming shipments and rotate inventory per FIFO standards
- Maintain pristine store conditions and safety protocols throughout shift
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize shelf placement and promotional displays
- Track inventory discrepancies and report to warehouse supervisor
- Support end-of-day reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/retail stocking environments
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid pallet jack certification or willingness to obtain
- Uncompromising punctuality for 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts
- Basic math skills and inventory software proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Background check and drug screening required
