Responsibilities
- Stock shelves with merchandise in an organized and timely manner
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and maintain FIFO standards
- Unload and sort deliveries while verifying inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking targets
- Maintain clean and safe work environments throughout the store
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment efficiently
- Assist with inventory counts and price updates
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Reliable transportation for 4 AM shift starts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
