Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock, organize, and rotate merchandise overnight (4 AM - 10 AM)
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store cleanliness
- Adhere to safety protocols and inventory control procedures
- Process shipments and ensure accurate pricing/labeling
- Report maintenance issues and stock discrepancies
- Support daily operational readiness before store opening
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4 AM - 10 AM shift with flexible scheduling
- Previous stocking/warehouse experience preferred
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Reliable transportation to warehouse location
