Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise before store opening
- Operate inventory management systems and POS terminals
- Maintain pristine store presentation and visual standards
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Support end-of-day reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year stocking/inventory experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Reliable transportation for early shifts (4-6 AM start)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
