Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and merchandise incoming inventory according to company standards
- Organize and stock shelves in assigned departments with precision and efficiency
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license may be required for deliveries
