Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise according to company visual standards.
- Perform daily inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
- Ensure the sales floor and backroom are clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Assist in unloading deliveries and preparing the store for morning opening.
- Operate standard retail equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional appearance and assist customers with product inquiries.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts consistently (e.g., 4:00 AM start).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a punctual attendance record.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
