Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, inspect, and stock incoming freight and palletized merchandise.
- Maintain high standards of organization on the sales floor and backroom.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and pallet jacks safely.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
- Ensure all safety regulations and sanitation protocols are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with the morning crew to ensure product availability for customers.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for the 5:00 AM start time.
- Basic literacy and computer skills for logging inventory data.
- Previous experience in retail stocking, warehousing, or logistics is highly preferred.
