Job Overview:
As a Stocker, you will play a critical role in ensuring our inventory is accurately received, organized, and displayed. You will be the first face our customers see, ensuring shelves are stocked and the store runs efficiently from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise Handling: Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise in the warehouse and retail areas efficiently and accurately.
- Inventory Management: Rotate stock using FIFO methods to ensure product freshness and availability.
- Visual Merchandising: Organize shelves and displays to meet company visual standards and drive sales.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for damages and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail stocking, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow procedures precisely.
- Reliability: Must demonstrate punctuality and dependability in a fast-paced setting.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
