Our facility operates on a strict schedule to ensure inventory is processed efficiently before the store doors open. You will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of accuracy and safety.
Responsibilities
- Restock and organize merchandise on shelves and in stockrooms with precision and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Operate heavy machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process incoming shipments and prepare them for immediate distribution.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets efficiently.
- Assist in unloading trucks and moving stock to designated storage areas.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 3:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ pounds repeatedly without assistance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and proven time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, retail stocking, or logistics is a plus.
