As a key member of our overnight operations team, you'll ensure our stores are perfectly stocked and ready for customers before opening. Responsibilities
- Stock, organize, and rotate merchandise across all departments with precision and efficiency
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely and effectively
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve daily stocking goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
Qualifications
- Ability to work 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts consistently
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Previous stocking, warehouse, or retail experience preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctual arrival
