Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock shelves, displays, and storage areas before store opening
- Manage inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Ensure product freshness and adherence to FIFO rotation methods
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store layouts
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight crew and morning managers for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in stocking, warehousing, or retail operations
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
