Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and/or evening shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
