Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in overnight/early morning shifts
- Operate inventory management systems and conduct cycle counts
- Maintain accurate stockroom records and FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with receiving team to process shipments
- Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA standards
- Assist in store resets and promotional displays
- Train junior staff on stocking procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year stocking/inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Reliable transportation for 4:00 AM start times
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if operating warehouse equipment)
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
