Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock, organize, and merchandise products in assigned departments before store opening
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems with precision
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless inventory rotation
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Conduct quality checks on received merchandise and report discrepancies
- Optimize product placement for maximum visibility and sales impact
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of stocking or warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Early availability (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts)
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Background check and drug screening required
