Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments using provided equipment
- Stock shelves and display areas according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock levels
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas and sales floors
- Operate inventory systems for accurate stock tracking
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store transitions
- Report equipment maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4 AM shifts with reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Experience with warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly with proper equipment
- Team-oriented with clear communication abilities
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
