Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments during overnight/early morning shifts (4 AM-12 PM)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and implement stock rotation protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize floor stocking efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA guidelines
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Assist with receiving processes and vendor coordination
Qualifications
- Availability to work 4 AM-12 PM shifts (Monday-Sunday)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
