Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations (3+ years preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Availability to work 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts consistently
