Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the early morning hours (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and proper FIFO compliance
- Collaborate with overnight crew to maintain store cleanliness and safety
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and inventory discrepancies to management
- Support inventory counts and cycle counting processes
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (starting as early as 3:00 AM)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
