Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock, organize, and rotate inventory in designated retail areas before store opening
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to transport large merchandise shipments
- Collaborate with overnight teams to receive, verify, and process incoming deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and store merchandising standards
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized, and hazard-free work environments
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management or retail stocking (2+ years preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Early availability (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shift)
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software
