Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in premium retail environment before store opening
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records using proprietary systems
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless merchandise flow and display standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety compliance
- Implement visual merchandising directives to maximize product appeal
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns to management team
- Adhere to loss prevention protocols and inventory control procedures
Qualifications
- Previous stocking/merchandising experience in retail or warehouse environment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
