Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized assistance and transaction accuracy
- Operate advanced POS systems while maintaining precise cash handling procedures
- Process returns/exchanges with professionalism and adherence to company policies
- Upsell premium products and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement
- Maintain immaculate checkout areas and merchandise displays

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-volume cashier or retail experience
- Expertise in modern POS systems (Square, Shopify POS, etc.)
- Proven ability to handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Valid Oregon food handler card (if applicable to department)
