Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas with precision and efficiency
- Rotate products according to FIFO principles to maintain freshness
- Ensure store aisles are clean, safe, and fully stocked for customer access
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain inventory accuracy
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
- Report inventory discrepancies to the department manager
Qualifications
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM shifts (Monday-Friday)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
