Responsibilities
- Masterfully craft espresso-based drinks and specialty coffee beverages using premium ingredients
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of all coffee stations and equipment
- Train junior staff on brewing techniques and quality standards
- Contribute to inventory management and order premium coffee supplies
- Develop seasonal drink menus and participate in coffee tastings
- Engage with customers to build lasting relationships and brand loyalty
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional barista experience with espresso machine mastery
- Extensive knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality
- Strong communication skills and passion for coffee education
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
