Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages according to our strict standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, dining area, and storage areas.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Learn and explain our premium bean origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods to customers.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential.
