Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for the 2026 roadmap, aligning with broader business objectives.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- Oversee the development of technical roadmaps and ensure cross-departmental alignment on deliverables.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and rapid prototyping of future solutions.
- Manage a budget for R&D initiatives and evaluate the ROI of new technology investments.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or software engineering with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of leading complex digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on future trends.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience in navigating ambiguity and driving results in a fast-paced, agile environment.
