- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Oversee high-impact cross-functional projects focused on AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and advanced robotics.
- Trend Forecasting: Analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts to anticipate market opportunities and potential disruptions.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future strategies to the C-suite and board members with clarity and persuasive power.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class team of futurists and strategists.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, executive consulting, or senior leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a strong plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps and delivering results in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and next-gen computing paradigms.
