Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Develop and communicate a comprehensive long-term strategy for artificial intelligence and data analytics that aligns with the company's business objectives.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leaders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Technology Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging AI technologies (e.g., GenAI, LLMs, predictive analytics) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the deployment of data infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and real-time processing capabilities.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI usage, mitigating bias and adhering to regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in data science, AI strategy, or a similar technical leadership role, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or MBA with a technical focus; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and data architecture.
