- Collaborate with C-suite executives to present foresight findings and influence high-stakes decisions
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for technological disruptions and competitive shifts
- Build and manage a global network of industry experts, startups, and academic institutions
- Author thought leadership publications and represent Horizon at premier tech conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurist or foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth environments
