Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential (2026-2030)
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Partner with product teams to translate foresight into market-ready solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs for prototyping future technologies
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting adoption trajectories
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business with 7+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven experience in emerging technology assessment and commercialization
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or relevant equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating technology forecasting or innovation strategy projects
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments preferred
