Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging tech trends and market opportunities through 2026
- Design and prototype immersive digital experiences using AI, AR/VR, and quantum computing frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into scalable product roadmaps
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to maintain innovation leadership
- Mentor junior team members in futuristic technology methodologies and design thinking
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology innovation, product design, or strategic foresight roles
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, AR/VR, or quantum computing implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful futuristic tech projects launched in the last 5 years
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Strong knowledge of ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF)
