- Develop whitepapers and thought leadership on future-proof business models
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present findings at global innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI/ML, biotech, energy)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work topics
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience with blockchain, IoT, and climate tech ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
