Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-cultural shifts to map 2026 business scenarios
- Develop data-driven strategic frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex insights into actionable roadmaps
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to identify emerging technologies with 5-7 year commercial viability
- Author quarterly trend reports and annual horizon-scanning publications
- Establish KPIs to track strategic initiatives against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI forecasting models
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience working with emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
